Questions
Will it press on my eyes?
No. The eye area is contoured, so there's space between the fabric and your eyelids. Your lashes move freely. That's also why it works for people who can't stand standard masks.
Can I sleep on my side?
Yes — that's the main design constraint. The speakers sit flat in soft padding. There's no hard housing to press into your ear when you turn over.
What does the "AI" actually do?
It adapts the audio session as you settle — easing volume and pacing down, and fading out once you're under, so nothing wakes you at 3am. It's not diagnosing you and it's not medical. If that word puts you off, ignore it: the mask blocks light and plays sound, and that's the part that does the work.
Do I have to use the app?
No. Pair it over Bluetooth like any speaker and play whatever you already listen to — Spotify, YouTube, Calm, Headspace, your own files. The app just adds the built-in programs and session settings.
How long does the battery last?
A full night of playback, or a long-haul flight plus the night after. Recharge weekly.
Is it too hot to wear all night?
The face-contact layer is breathable. Most people forget they're wearing it inside a week. If you run hot and it doesn't work for you, send it back.
Will it wake my partner?
No. The audio is directed at your ears only. From half a metre away there's nothing to hear.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Sleep with it for 30 nights. If your mornings aren't better, we refund it. Returns are free, and you don't have to explain yourself.
